Nathan: Mom, I wish I had a dog ... but we don't have any dog stuff
Me: What would you name a dog if you got one?
Carolyn: Nathan, my have a dog (Snoopy, her plastic Fisher-Price dog)
Nathan: I'd name him "Super Dog"
Me: Danielle, would you rather have a dog or a kitty-cat?
Danielle, without hesitation: Kitty-cat. I'd name her "Hello Kitty cupcake"
Needless to say, the pet shop is NOT in our near future.
