All About Carolyn

Suddenly my quiet, shy girl is growing up! Yesterday we made our first trip to the dentist. Carolyn surpassed all expectation by obeying the hygienist AND talking to everyone, except Dr. Robinett (because he is a man). Good news, Kathy was able to remove almost all of the black line from Carolyn's teeth. Her she is showing off her sparkling smile!

Last week, Grandma and Grandpa had a babysitting adventure, taking all three kids to the Railroad Park. Carolyn decided suddenly that it was time to ride a horse on the carousel, instead of the usual bench ride. All of the sudden she is full of courage.

Finally, showing off her budding artist skills. The first time I saw this drawing I didn't believe she drew it herself. She then erased it and re-drew the happy face for me. The top is the curly hair :) After this picture, she cleared the screen and drew me a picture of Nathan, Danielle, and Carolyn!

As if this wasn't enough, Carolyn has surpassed Danielle in potty training and is only wearing diapers when she sleeps! I found out she is very reward oriented and she's enjoying quite a few prizes, now to wean her from that :)
